About the Job We are seeking a high-caliber

Litigation Specialist

to safeguard the company’s legal and financial interests. In this role, you will not just "handle cases"—you will be a strategic architect of our recovery efforts. You will manage complex litigation portfolios, from civil and criminal disputes to PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings, ensuring that our legal actions translate into tangible business recoveries.

What You Will Do Litigation Management:

Manage the company's litigation cases, including criminal, civil, industrial relations (employment), suspension of payment (PKPU), and bankruptcy, through court proceedings, arbitration, or out-of-court settlements. Legal Analysis:

Draft comprehensive

legal reviews and legal opinions

for every case handled. Case Strategy:

Develop strategies for handling criminal (internal and external), civil, and employment cases; this includes preparing

legal notices (somasi) , filing police reports, and submitting lawsuits to court. Document Preparation:

Prepare and draft all necessary documents for filing lawsuits and reporting to the police or other relevant authorities regarding the company’s litigation processes. Reporting:

Generate periodic reports on all litigation cases, including detailed updates on the status and progress of their resolution. Remedial Support:

Assist the remedial team in executing

collateral/credit guarantees

for non-performing debtors, including providing legal advice, direction, and supervision for problematic debtor management.

What You Need to Have Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law. Minimum

8 years of experience

in litigation practice, with a strong preference for candidates from the

banking or financial services industry . Must possess technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of

complex litigation cases , including: Civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. Suspension of Payment ( PKPU ) and Bankruptcy. Fraud, debt recovery, credit, and security interests (including

Fiduciary, Mortgage/Hipotek, Land Mortgages/Hak Tanggungan, Pledges , etc.). Industrial relations (employment) and commercial dispute resolution within the banking industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills,

with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and data-rich b decks. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
