Job Objective We are seeking a skilled and motivated ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user interactions. Responsibilities Develop and Maintain User-facing Features: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure front-end components using React.js and its ecosystem for consumer banking applications Collaborate on Application Architecture: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to define and implement application architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance Optimize Application Performance: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring efficient loading times and smooth user interactions across various devices and browsers Write Clean and Maintainable Code: Produce high-quality, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards Participate in Code Reviews: Actively engage in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Troubleshoot and Debug: Diagnose and resolve complex issues and bugs in existing applications, ensuring system stability and reliability Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies: Continuously research and evaluate new front-end technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance development processes and product offerings Contribute to Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and components Adhere to DBS Standards: Ensure all development activities comply with DBS/DBSI's internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Technical Skills: Proven professional experience as a ReactJS Developer or similar front-end role Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with React.js and its core principles (components, state management, lifecycle methods, hooks, associated libraries/frameworks) Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines, architectures and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM, Module Federation) Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling Proficiency in using version control tools, preferably Git Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, ViTest) is a plus Proficiency in front-end styling and responsive design Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities Knowledge of security best practices in front-end development Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and apply them effectively Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work en
