Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Support & Onboarding Officer is responsible for assisting the recruitment process in the company as well as creating a positive and welcoming onboarding experience to all new hires to ensure smooth and efficient transition into the company.

Job Description

Be the primary point of contact for new employees for the pre‑onboarding and onboarding processes.

Initiate and manage all new hire preparations including their uniforms, ID, and other equipment needed by the new hires.

Coordinate with all related departments to ensure all data is accurately entered into the system (SAP SuccessFactors) and maintain accurate and up to date records of all onboarding activities.

Communicate pre‑start date information to new hires, such as time, location, dress code and what to expect on their first day.

Coordinate with all related hiring managers to welcome new hires on their first day and prepare the program during their first 3 months within the company.

Facilitate and present the New Employee Orientation Program to provide the new hires with necessary information such as company cultures, values, policies and benefits.

Monitor and track the progress of new hires through their onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required trainings and tasks.

Monitor the survey / feedback related to onboarding programs and make necessary improvements based on the data given.

Be the primary point of contact for the scholarship & internship programs and ensure the smooth execution of the programs by coordinating with all related parties (campus, hiring managers, etc).

Provide assistance to the recruitment process in conducting medical check‑up and background check process.

Conduct necessary improvement initiatives to the scholarship and internship programs.

Involve in any ad hoc projects such as Employer Branding activities, Plant Tour program, and any other assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related major from reputable universities.

Two (2) years of working experience in managing onboarding process in a large‑scale company.

Creative and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge about HR best practices, especially in onboarding / recruitment process would be an advantage.

Good command in MS Office.
