Finance & Accounting Staff

About the role We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team at PT Cita Kaya Bersama' in Cilandak, Jakarta. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate reporting.

What you'll be doing Recording all daily financial transactions of CKB (membership, court rental, events, etc.).

Managing cash receipts and disbursements, including operational petty cash.

Performing periodic cash and bank reconciliation.

Preparing monthly financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow).

Creating and processing invoices, and monitoring payments from members, partners, or events.

Managing administrative payments to vendors and for club operational needs.

Preparing supporting data and documents for tax and audit purposes.

Ensuring all financial documents are stored neatly and adhere to company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Coordinating with the operational team and management regarding financial data and reports.

Assisting with the monthly and annual closing process.

What we're looking for Minimum education of Diploma (D3)/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant major.

Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Finance & Accounting Staff, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, sport club, or service industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accustomed to using accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).

Understands basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, financial statements, petty cash, and basic taxation.

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work neatly and structurally.

Able to work with deadlines and reporting targets.

Honest, responsible, and possesses high integrity.

Able to work independently or in a team.

Willing to comply with the working hours and reporting system applicable at CKB.
