Account Manager

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats and inquiries across assigned communication channels.

Handle and resolve non-technical customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and provide consistent support.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.

Understand customer needs and proactively offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and retention.

Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with Halo AI’s service standards.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS or AI-driven environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically across multiple communication channels.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality and attention to detail.

Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills, with a focus on handling non‑technical customer issues efficiently.

Customer‑centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term client relationships.

Ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend appropriate solutions or improvements.

Comfortable monitoring customer feedback, analyzing trends, and suggesting process or service improvements to enhance retention.

High level of professionalism, accountability, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools, customer support platforms, and basic reporting is a plus.
