Talent Development Specialist /Coordinator (12 months contract)

Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Development Coordinator to support our workforce programs. This role will assist in rolling out learning and development initiatives, tracking employee progress, and ensuring smooth program operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing talent mobility and learning programs for staff.

Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on career development opportunities.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, including scheduling and logistics.

Maintain records of employee skills, certifications, and program participation.

Compile data and assist in creating reports and presentations for leadership.

Support data visualization efforts using tools like Tableau and Excel.

Assist in developing learning materials and resources for staff.

Draft communications to promote program participation.

Gather feedback to help improve programs.

Support the Senior Manager in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure programs run smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent development, learning & development, or HR coordination.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels.

Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with LMS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
