Rinjani Bay Developments
is seeking a well‑rounded and proactive HR professional to manage and oversee comprehensive HR functions at the site level. This role will be based in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara, and requires a candidate who is independent, detail‑oriented, and capable of supporting operational needs in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process for site‑based positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the team.
Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Ensure HR practices at the site comply with labor laws, site regulations, and internal policies.
Manage and maintain employee records, documentation, and database accurately and securely.
Coordinate and monitor training programs to support employee development at the site, including EPR.
Process site‑level payroll independently, including attendance tracking, overtime, benefits, and coordination with finance for disbursement.
Monitor employee leave records, issue warnings or memos in accordance with company disciplinary policy and report disciplinary actions to the Site HR Manager.
Lead the general affair processes for the office and site areas, including uniforms and office supplies.
Assist with business travel procedures for employees in the Bali and Sumbawa office.
Support workplace health and safety efforts by recording incidents and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, attendance, turnover) and elevate issues to the Site HR Manager or Corporate HR.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, general affairs, and industrial relations.
Experience in construction and/or property development, property management, or estate management is preferred.
Hands‑on knowledge of labor laws and HR operational processes.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Experience working in remote or site‑based environments is a plus.
