Job Title: Marketing Coordinator(Part-Time) - Changi Office
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring marketing systems, data, and content operations run smoothly and accurately. This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver error-free campaigns across multiple regions and languages.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Email Operations
Execute HubSpot marketing and sales automation activities, including:
Email scheduling, testing, and QA
Workflow and trigger setup and maintenance
Lead uploads, imports, and database housekeeping
Support campaign and nurture execution with zero operational errors
QA all automations to ensure there is no negative impact on:
Customer experience
Lead routing and sales follow-up
Monitor basic automation performance and flag issues proactively
CRM Data Hygiene & Lead Enrichment
Maintain a clean and accurate marketing database
Perform regular data hygiene activities, including:
Deduplication
Field standardisation
Validation of required fields
Support lead and account enrichment to improve data completeness and segmentation
Ensure database readiness for campaigns, reporting, and sales handoff
CMS & Marketing Operations Support
Support CMS operations, including:
Landing page setup for campaigns and events
Content updates and ongoing maintenance
Coordinate multilingual content workflows:
Manage translations via CMS, XTM, and external agencies
Ensure correct language versions are published and maintained
Ensure all campaign and landing page assets remain accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines
Provide first-line troubleshooting and operational support to regional marketing teams
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Marketing campaign owners
Sales and inside sales teams
External agencies and translation vendors
Ensure timelines, assets, and system updates are executed correctly and on schedule
Skills & Experience
Required
1–3 years of experience in a marketing operations, marketing coordinator, or similar role
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)
Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive operational tasks
Experience supporting email campaigns, workflows, and landing pages
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured processes
