What You’ll Do
Develop Integrated Media Strategies: Craft consultative campaign strategies that align with client objectives, audience behaviors, and industry trends, leveraging both creativity and data.
Insight to Creativity: Translate market research, data, and audience insights into compelling campaign ideas and proposals that resonate with brands.
Thought Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales and clients—asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and providing innovative media solutions.
Creative Planning: Work closely with creative and campaign teams to design cross‑channel plans (OOH, DOOH, experiential, and multi‑channel) that are both impactful and measurable.
Market & Category Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, category deep-dives, and cross‑market evaluations to sharpen campaign recommendations.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of 3–4 media planners, guiding them to adopt a consultative, insight-led, and creative approach in every client proposal.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, supply, creative, and research teams to create holistic campaign strategies.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets with accountability, ensuring efficiency while maximizing campaign impact.
Measurement & Learning: Build frameworks to evaluate campaign success, create post‑campaign reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Trendspotting: Continuously track OOH, DOOH, and marketing innovation trends, bringing new ideas and approaches that keep StickEarn ahead.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, media planning, or brand strategy—agency or adtech background preferred (OOH/DOOH experience is a plus).
Strong analytical ability: able to interpret data, research, and attribution models, then turn them into actionable strategies and compelling stories.
Creative thinker with proven ability to develop innovative, insight-driven campaign ideas.
Hands‑on experience with media planning tools, research frameworks, and audience insights platforms.
Skilled at consulting and presenting strategies to senior stakeholders and decision-makers with confidence and clarity.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding and growing a small team.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of advertising trends in Indonesia and globally, especially in OOH, DOOH, and integrated campaigns.
