Job Description
We are looking for an Intern – Operations & Project Support who is detail-oriented and proactive in supporting preschool center readiness and daily operations. This role will assist in facility checks, project and IT readiness, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, landlords, and government institutions. The intern will also support pre-sales preparation, classroom scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely center operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, project coordination, and education-related administration.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Facility Readiness Support
Assist in ensuring center operational readiness by supporting facility checklists, BAST documentation, valet completion, parking area setup, actual parking flow mapping, and facility maintenance reporting.
Documentation & Licensing Assistance
Assist in preparing document listings, tracking legal licensing documentation, and handling document revisions following inspections or evaluations by relevant authorities.
Government & External Stakeholder Coordination
Support coordination with the Education Office (Disdik) related to preschool curriculum requirements, including document preparation, office visits, and post-visit follow-ups.
Pre-Sales & Marketing Operations Support
Support pre-sales and open house preparation activities, including fake ads location mapping, timeline management, results reporting, and submission of pre-sales materials (Linktree, HO Team).\"
Requirements
S1 (penultimate year or already graduated) any major. Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering would be a plus.
