We are looking for a Commercial Process Analyst who will be based in our Head Office in Jakarta.

Your day-to-day

Conduct professional budget management and forecasting activities in accordance with finance, process, budgeting, and budget control principles and procedures.

Perform excellent reporting and manage day-to-day activities in preparation of the original budget, rolling forecast, monthly monitoring and reporting/analysis.

liaise with respective functions on any budget/cost analysis and monitoring matters, and submit financial information and reports as required by PMI and local management.

Propose improvements to processes, methods of work, tools/systems, and contribute to ensuring they are continuously adapted to business requirements.

Be in charge of excellent process control and assist audit processes for internal and/or external audit.

Who we're looking for

Minimum bachelor's degree from any discipline.

Background in Finance/Economics is beneficial.

3+ years working experience in FMCG or public accounting.

Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and drive for results.

Fast learner able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.

Computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint) and accounting tools.

Courageous, comfortable with ambiguity and agile working environment.

Ability to engage, collaborate, and manage expectations across stakeholders.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Strong sense of curiosity with interest in continuously learning new skills; big‑data analysis experience is a plus.

Fluent in speaking and writing Bahasa Indonesia and English.
