About the Role We are seeking a Senior Odoo Programmer to play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Odoo ERP system (version 15 and above). This position is responsible for ensuring seamless integration with external systems and delivering management reporting solutions. The ultimate goal is to keep our ERP ecosystem robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

General Qualifications 4–6 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer Hands-on experience in real business environments (active ERP, multi-user, multi-process) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with developers, users, and management teams Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

Must-Have (Mandatory) Skills: Odoo Framework: Strong expertise in Odoo 15+ Custom modules (models, views, actions, menus) Inheritance (classical & extension) Python: Clean code, modular structure, practical OOP knowledge Database: PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, performance optimization), understanding ERP performance impact Frontend Odoo: XML View, QWeb, basic JS (widgets/assets) API & Integration: REST API (consume & expose), integration with external systems (payment, DMS, ADMS, etc.)

Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills): Odoo upgrade projects (e.g., 13 → 15/16/17) Multi-company / multi-branch implementations Handling high-volume data environments Familiarity with Git/GitFlow, Docker (basic), Linux environment Direct collaboration with non-IT users
