Operation Manager

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the company’s daily operational activities within the Oil & Gas sector.

Ensure production, logistics, and customer service processes run effectively and efficiently.

Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Develop and implement operational policies to enhance productivity and overall performance.

Control operational budgets, manage human resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Conduct team performance evaluations and provide regular operational reports to management.

Actively contribute to business development initiatives and new project opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or project management within the Oil & Gas, Valve, or Engineering industry.

Strong understanding of valve products, mechanical systems, and industry supply chain processes.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Results-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
