HR Project Management (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role PT. INDUSTRI ABADI JAYA is seeking a highly organised and skilled HR Project Management (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing HR‑related projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your strong Mandarin language skills will be an asset in this role, allowing you to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and coordinate various HR projects, including employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR projects within defined timelines and budgets

Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks

Gather and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and practices

Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, both in English and Mandarin

What we’re looking for

Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and execute projects successfully

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
