Responsibilities & Qualifications

Min. 3 years of working experience in corporate or law firms related to the property industry. Has experience in Real Estate, Hospitality and Retail Industries

Proficient knowledge of laws and procedures related to company legality and licensing

Proficient knowledge of legal strategies related to corporations which are not limited to: acquisitions, mergers, consolidations, etc

Expert in understanding in terms of making agreements and negotiations

Excellent in establish good interpersonal relationship and communication

Excellent in collaborate in team

Willing to be placed at ASG Tower – North Jakarta
