We are in search of a Sales Manager who will be instrumental in shaping our pre-opening phase, laying the foundation for our sales department, and ensuring a successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of the sales department, setting up all necessary processes and strategies for a successful hotel launch.

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and key target markets for the pre-opening phase.

Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with our brand’s vision and objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to the resort’s opening and ongoing success.

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Train and mentor future sales team members, setting a high standard for excellence and professionalism.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Manager position.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the hospitality industry, with a successful track record in hotel pre-openings.

Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Having a wide network or connections, especially in the fields of corporate, government, travel agents, and MICE.

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Understanding sales strategies, negotiations, and presenting offers professionally.

Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for hospitality.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
