Telemarketing Staff (Sparks Music)

Responsibilities

Handle inbound chats from prospective customers generated through various lead sources.

Identify and qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, collecting relevant information, and accurately recording lead data.

Use persuasive communication to explain the benefits and advantages of the program, respond to customer inquiries, and address objections effectively.

Schedule appointments or trial classes for qualified leads and conduct follow-ups with prospects who show interest.

Maintain and update the contact database with the latest information, ensuring data accuracy for future needs.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.

Achieve or exceed monthly targets related to lead-to-booking conversion rates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service (chat-based experience preferred).

Strong interpersonal communication and promotional skills.

Excellent chat-handling abilities and strong active listening skills.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Willing to work on weekends (days off will be scheduled on weekdays: Monday–Friday).

Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
