Responsibilities

Identify and survey potential sites based on project requirements

Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners

Secure legal documents and manage permitting processes

Coordinate with engineering, legal, and project teams

Prepare site acquisition reports and cost estimations

Maintain good relationships with landowners and local authorities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Management, or related field

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Basic understanding of land regulations and permitting

Target-oriented and willing to work in the field

Good problem-solving and time management skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Willing to be placed from our head office at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta
