Key Responsibilities

Support the Center Director in achieving academic goals

Guide and mentor teachers to ensure lesson quality

Coordinate class schedules and academic activities

Lead teacher training and development sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any field)

120-hour TEFL certification

5 years of EFL teaching experience

Experience teaching children aged 3–18 years

Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
