Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Create sales plans and set performance goals for the sales team.

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate groups, schools, and tour operators.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and customer service.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.

Provide input on marketing campaigns to ensure they support sales objectives.

Assist in the development of promotional materials and offers.

Develop packages and proposals for group events, corporate functions, and special events.

Manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective use of resources.

Monitor expenditures and ROI of sales activities.

Adjust plans and strategies based on budget performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Use insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.

Key Requirements

Willing to be placed in Solo, Central Java.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the theme park, tourism, or hospitality industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.

Experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems.

Understanding of digital sales and marketing techniques.

Competence in using data to drive sales decisions and strategies.
