Account Manager - Based in Indonesia

With a global network of collections specialists, lawyers and insolvency practitioners worldwide, Atradius Collections serves over 15,000 customers, supporting them to reduce client’s trade risks through our efficient Business to Business focused trade invoice collections services such as Standby Services, Invoice Verification and Factoring transactions. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and maintaining business relationship with clients and intermediaries including brokers, agents and partners

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests and escalations

Understand client business goals and work cross‑functionally within teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs

Develop strategic account plans to drive retention, client satisfaction and revenue growth

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities

Manage negotiation processes and deliver high‑impact presentations that support business objectives

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree majoring in Business, Economics or equivalent preferred

Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in an account management role

background in the financial services industry will be an advantage

Strong command of both spoken and written English

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively

Proven capability to work self‑directed and contribute meaningfully as part of a team

Excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities

Located in Jakarta
