Event Production manager

Responsibilities Lead the full production lifecycle for offline activations, developing detailed workflows and timelines to ensure flawless execution. Source, manage, and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs while enforcing scope compliance and quality standards. Oversee all on-site activities and technical setups, monitoring production quality before, during, and after events. Orchestrate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners to align deliverables with client expectations. Drive continuous improvement through post-event evaluations and develop in-house production capabilities for future scalability.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience (with 2–3 years in leadership) within experience as an Event Production Manager. Proficient in technical production installations and equipment management for events. Strong understanding of booth construction, including raw materials, fabrication, and finishing standards. Proven history of handling large-scale exhibitions and concert stage setups. Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
