Overview

Recreation Experience Expert at The Luxury Collection. Location: The Sira a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa Lombok, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Full Time, Non-Management. Responsibilities

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities on the property and provide information about facilities (pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities). Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities; promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and the rules and regulations for safety and welfare. Observe activity, respond to emergencies per local operating procedures; provide cashier services where applicable. Assist with hosting private functions and group activities; support injured guests until EMS arrival; maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and supplies. Report accidents/injuries/unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications; comply with policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; process payments for rentals and activities; operate POS systems. Read and verify information; visually inspect tools/equipment; move, lift, and carry items; work in various physical conditions; perform other reasonable duties. Qualifications
