HR Japanese Interpreter

Responsibilities

Translate documents & meetings with Japanese BOD / expats related to HR Division (40%)

Translate documents & meetings with Japanese BOD / expats related to gear business unit (30%)

Communicate with HQ or overseas offices in Asia related to HR projects and initiatives (20%)

Support documents needed for visa/ITAS application (HR related documents only; application supported by other Division) and support Diklat TKI Pendamping (5%)

Help coordinate related parties based on BOD requests & translate in meetings with BOD outside of HR scope (non routine) (5%)

Qualifications

Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

Previous experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese personnel
