Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaker

to support Chinese-speaking management in daily coordination, communication, and administrative tasks. This role involves close collaboration with executives, frequent communication in Mandarin, and strong organizational support in a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Provide Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation during meetings, calls, and daily communication. Assist Chinese-speaking executives with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. Translate business documents, reports, emails, and communication materials. Manage schedules, appointments, follow-ups, and basic reporting. Support cross-department coordination to ensure smooth workflow. Join external meetings or business visits to assist with real-time interpretation when needed. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all tasks.

Requirements Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening (mandatory, confident and responsive). Minimum HSK Level 46 required. Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English. 23 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Mandarin Assistant, Translator, Interpreter, or similar role. Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese companies is strongly preferred. Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.

Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, trading, or multinational companies. Familiarity with business operations and cross-cultural communication. Comfortable supporting executives with close day-to-day coordination. Open to joining business meetings or short business trips when required.
