Job Descriptions Requirements :

Minimum S1 in Engineering major

Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical support, installation, and commissioning of crushing and screening equipment

Responsibilities:

Machine installation and commissioning.

Complete field machine inspections per global and customer procedures.

Provide training for operation & maintenance to customers and technicians at branches.

Perform technical evaluations and analyses equipment and machine component failures.

Provide technical liaison services between customers, product divisions, and sales personnel.

Assist the aftermarket sales team in conducting parts analysis and parts strategy.

Performing assembly, maintenance, repairs, and audits at customer sites.

Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable

Job Requirement :

Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and interpreting engineering drawings.

Strong problem-solving, customer service, and report-writing skills.

Advanced knowledge of crushing and screening (Mobile, Portable & Fix Plant).

Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering in crushing & screening equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Clearly understand and competency in Risk management and safety rule compliance.

Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport, and flexibility for significant travel.

Ability to work independently.
