HR Organizational Development Specialist
Responsibilities
Assess current organizational processes and identify areas for improvement
Lead and manage organizational development initiatives to support company goal
Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement effective change management plans
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement and development needs
Managing the implementation of the performance appraisal process within company
Develop, implement and maintain company competencies dictionary for all roles and levels
Collaborate with Management to design succession planning and talent development strategies
Manage and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and areas of focus
Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD initiatives on organizational performance
Design and develop strategies and framework of people development
Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and development program to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development
Strong understanding about Human Capital & Organizational Development
Familiar with talent management, employee management & performance improvement
Proficiency in change management & strategic planning
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Office & Power Point
Ability to analyse data
Ability to work independently as well as part of team
Certified BNSP, CHRP, CHRM, IAHR, PHR or SPHR are preferable
