QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil/ Architectural / Interior.

[Mandatory] Proficient in English (Spoken, Written, and Read).

Minimum of 5 (five) years in the construction industry, specifically focusing on Office Interior Fit-Out projects or high-rise building.

Proficient in reading and review construction drawing / interior design and Variation order.

Strong leadership, exceptional spatial reasoning, budget management, and the ability to negotiate with building management and vendors.

Physically fit and ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

[Mandatory] Deep understanding of Interior, Furniture's, MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection Systems), IT works (Server, CCTV, Access door, Access router, VC equipment).

Possession of a valid SIM A and / or SIM C (driver’s licenses) is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design Validation:

Review interior blueprints to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the building's structural integrity.

Managing team to prepare design interior proposal, construction drawing, approval material, working schedule, working method, weekly progress, documentation, variation order, bill report, cost control, sourcing decision, supply material, weekly meeting, work minutes, As-built drawing and Hand over document.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct rigorous on-site inspections to ensure all technical works meet the client’s requirement and building standards.

Subcontractor Oversight:

Manage and audit pointed subcontractors to ensure good quality, deliver on time and within specifications.
