Assistant Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

The Assistant Service Engineer will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment to ensure optimal machine performance and production efficiency. This role involves assisting senior engineers in equipment setup, conducting preventive maintenance, resolving technical issues, and providing on-site technical support to production teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth SMT operations and minimal downtime.

Skills and Qualifications Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Min Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SMT, Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in a team.
