Role Responsibilities
Pilot and navigate commercial fixed-wing aircraft through all phases of flight, including takeoff, cruise, and landing.
Operate and monitor complex aircraft systems and instrumentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Utilize advanced navigation systems and flight instruments to maintain precision, including during adverse weather or low-visibility conditions.
Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections to identify and address equipment or safety concerns.
Collaborate closely with copilots, flight engineers, cabin crew, and air traffic control to ensure coordinated operations.
Continuously monitor aircraft performance, fuel status, weather conditions, and route compliance.
Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, system malfunctions, or safety incidents.
Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in operating and controlling modern commercial aircraft systems.
Strong proficiency in interpreting flight instruments, gauges, and real-time operational data.
Excellent critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation safety protocols, and airline procedures.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary aviation teams.
