Finance Staff

Responsibilities Manage and oversee all branch financial transactions in a transparent, accurate, and accountable manner.

Ensure financial policies and procedures are well established, properly documented, and regularly updated.

Prepare and monitor operational budget (overhead) and project budget (direct cost) utilization reports.

Maintain professional and effective communication with clients’ finance teams.

Monitor project TKDN achievement in accordance with applicable regulations and contractual agreements.

Prepare fund request schedules and budget realization reports in line with company procedures.

Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) in alignment with project progress.

Develop and implement work instructions related to invoice requirements and AR collection processes.

Prepare and manage Accounts Payable (AP) payment schedules in a timely manner.

Prepare systematic and accurate reports on branch financial activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in Finance; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of accounting cycle, Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP), budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software and basic tax knowledge will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, and able to work professionally with internal teams and clients.

Based in Pekanbaru or willing to be placed in Pekanbaru; able to communicate in English at least at a passive level.
