Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support related to recruitment and HR operations.
Maintain, update, and organize candidate databases accurately and consistently.
Arrange schedule and coordinate interview sessions between candidates and hiring managers.
Collect and manage candidate documents, including CVs, application forms, and supporting documents.
Arrange and coordinate Medical Check-Ups (MCU) and tests for candidates.
Record and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for internal and user meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Admin or in a relevant administrative role.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and familiar with the Microsoft Office ecosystem (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail and organization.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Bachelorโs Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management or any relevant field.
