Finance Manager (Indonesia – M&A Focus)

We are seeking a highly capable

Finance Manager

to be based in Indonesia, supporting our rapid business expansion and strategic investment initiatives in the region.

This role is not a traditional accounting position. It requires strong financial leadership, deep understanding of the Indonesian market, and hands‑on experience in

M&A, post‑merger integration, and financial structuring .

Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese

is mandatory, as the role will work closely with headquarters and cross‑border stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead financial operations and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations

Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and investment projects

Support M&A transaction execution, including valuation, financial modeling, risk assessment, and deal structuring

Drive post‑merger integration from a financial and internal control perspective

Establish robust financial reporting systems aligned with HQ standards

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Build and develop local finance teams

Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and HQ leadership

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in

manufacturing or building materials industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax, financial regulations, and local compliance

Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese

(spoken and written) is required

Experience working in Chinese‑invested enterprises or multinational companies is highly preferred

Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and cross‑cultural communication skills

Willingness to be stationed in Indonesia long term
