Within the guidance of PMC’s operating plan, provide leadership to the planning team to ensure full utilization of the factory’s production capacity by producing and reviewing production plans and collaborating with sister plants to balance capacity order loading. This aims to achieve efficiency and cost targets while maintaining production progress aligned with the long‑term plan. Support all production-related issues with Buyer & CPC to ensure full utilization of production capacity and achieve the plant’s on‑time delivery, efficiency, and cost targets. Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, in a similar field and position. English and computer literate. Fast React / SAP literate. Seniority level
