Ensure all financial reporting and corporate actions comply with

OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan)

regulations and

IDX (Bursa Efek Indonesia)

listing requirements.

Coordinate with

KSEI (Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia)

and Securities Administration Bureau (BAE) regarding dividend distributions, share-related corporate actions, and mandatory reporting.

Manage the full spectrum of the Accounting function, transforming raw financial data into comprehensive, high-quality financial reports (PSAK compliant).

Coordinate financial activities, taxation, and budget cycles for the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Monitor and ensure the availability of company operational funds to maintain smooth business activities.

Plan, manage, and control the company budget; perform monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis.

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, and act as the primary liaison for external auditors for the Annual Report.

Requirement

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

3-4 years of relevant working experience (Experience in a

Publicly Listed Company / Tbk

is a significant advantage).

Regulatory Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

OJK regulations

(specifically regarding financial reporting deadlines and disclosures) and

IDX

listing rules.

Technical Mastery:

Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax laws, and management principles.

Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility as priorities change.

Integrity:

High level of professional integrity and ethics, essential for handling sensitive corporate data.
