Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or EPC projects Strong expertise in Operation Readiness & Commissioning Solid knowledge of MES, OEE, and ISA-95 Level 3 Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is an advantage) Willing to travel between Jakarta and Gresik (primarily based in Gresik)
