AI Engineer

AI Solutions Architect / Forward Deployed AI Engineer (FDE) – PT GSP Location: South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID.

Job Overview Develop and deploy enterprise‑grade AI systems, including client‑facing GenAI‑based chatbot applications and autonomous Agentic AI solutions. Build AI agents with advanced reasoning, planning, and tool‑calling capabilities that execute end‑to‑end business processes in production environments. Ensure systems meet high reliability standards, are modular and maintainable, and align with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment while mentoring junior engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

Minimum a year of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on production implementations

Strong Python‑first engineering skills for AI application and backend development

Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom orchestration solutions

Deep understanding of AI agent architecture including reasoning loops (planner‑executor), memory management, and tool integration

Experience with LLM orchestration, state management, error handling, and multi‑step workflow design

Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Hands‑on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment

Ability to integrate AI systems with backend systems, APIs, databases, and third‑party services

Experience writing modular, maintainable code aligned with tech standards and best practices

Strong collaboration skills to work with Product Owners, Business Partners, Business Units, and engineering teams in agile delivery

Experience deploying and maintaining AI systems in production with continuous iteration
