Job Description

Manage day to day operations of AR department, including manage account receivable, sales return, bank reconciliation. Monitor the aging AR and remind accounts that are overdue. Manage monthly AR closing process (reconcile the balance on ERP, preparing AR monthly report, monitor clearing process of outstanding AR). Provide support and information required during internal analysis and external audits. Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipts logs and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger. Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management and cost accounting. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experienced from F&B retail is a must. At least 2 years or above experience of accounts receivable. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
