Project Control Engineer

About the Role The role involves leading and managing overseas(from China） transfer projects at the Indonesia site, ensuring seamless execution and delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities Project Leadership:

Lead and manage the end-to-end life-cycle of overseas transfer projects at the Indonesia site, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Planning & Risk Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Internal Coordination:

Coordinate cross-functional resources, chair project meetings, and streamline information flow to deliver clear action items and requirements. Key Stakeholder Interface:

Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between the Indonesia factory, customers, and the Shenzhen Headquarters to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction. Milestone Tracking:

Monitor project progress and critical milestones (e.g., Trial Run, Mass Production). Take ownership of troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve project bottlenecks. Documentation & Technical Review:

Maintain project documentation systems and interpret technical drawings/specifications from customers and R&D teams.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Required Skills Language Skills:

Proficient in English (written and verbal) as a primary working language. Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency in MS Office and Project Management software. Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, resilient, and capable of working under high pressure. Experience:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management. Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of manufacturing quality management systems and production processes.

Preferred Skills Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in mass production transfers or operational project management. PMP certification is highly desirable. Mandarin speaker/beginner（nice to have）
