Responsibilities
Service Operations Workspace:
Configure the Service Operations Workspace, including guided setup and customized views, to meet specific organizational needs.
Develop new features and functionalities within the workspace, often involving ITSM applications like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Process Mining:
Ability to use ServiceNow Process Mining to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and find root causes of inefficiencies and variations in processes such as IT incident management, HR onboarding, or customer service requests.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years experience in ServiceNow development
Experience in ITSM implementationStrong communication and coordination skills
Problemโsolving and analytical thinking
