What You’ll Do: Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language. Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers. Handle calls across various sectors such as

Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement , and more. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.

✅ What We’re Looking For: Bilingual proficiency

(English at B2 CEFR level or higher + Cantonese). Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills. Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations. High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions. Must be able to

work from home permanently .
