About the Role
At SCG Indonesia, business development is about identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and creating solutions that drive sustainable growth. You will work across our
cement & building materials, packaging, and trading businesses , connecting with partners, distributors, and project owners to expand SCG’s market presence in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in industrial, construction, and packaging sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
Lead market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, pricing strategies, and solution packages.
Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to deal closing—ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Coordinate with regional SCG offices to develop cross-border opportunities.
Represent SCG at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia
and English.
Understanding of industrial or B2B markets is an advantage.
