Senior Financial Analyst

Will be responsible for monitoring daily production volumes, analyzing yield percentages (meat recovery rates), and tracking cost per kilogram for each product type.

Identify cost variances and provide real‑time financial insights to the Finance Controller & Operation Manager.

Inventory & Raw Material Management Manage and monitor cold storage inventory levels, track daily raw material purchases and pricing fluctuations, and identify variances in inventory movement and wastage.

Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare weekly product profitability reports, conduct margin analysis, monitor logistics and packaging costs, and compile monthly management accounts.

Will serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and Finance Controller in decision‑making processes.

Planning & Forecasting Update rolling forecasts for production, sales, and raw material costs, conduct periodic standard cost reviews, and analyze actual versus budget performance.

Operational Monitoring Track operational KPIs including yield performance trends, labor efficiency ratios, waste reports, and energy and utility cost analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

Minimum 3‑4 years experience as Senior Financial Analyst (preferably from manufacturing/food processing industry)

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing

Advanced Excel skills and accounting software proficiency

Capable of conducting variance analysis and investigations

Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines
