Nickel Ore Business Manager

Develop and maintain supply channels including nickel ore mines and contractors; dynamically assess suppliers' performance capabilities, product quality, and pricing levels; continuously optimize the supply structure to effectively control risks while ensuring the achievement of the company’s annual business objectives.

Conduct market research in the nickel ore and related fields, collect industry information, and regularly produce market analysis reports and upstream/downstream industrial research findings.

Oversee the daily management and business coordination of the team, and enhance the overall professional competence and execution of the team.

Efficiently complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements Familiar with Indonesia’s nickel ore industry policies, market environment, upstream/downstream industrial chain, and business operation processes; with at least 3 years of experience in nickel ore trading or related fields.

Priority will be given to candidates with stable supplier resources or channel partnerships in the upstream nickel ore sector (e.g., mines, contractors).

Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and high pressure resistance as well as problem-solving abilities.

Work location: Jakarta, Indonesia; able to adapt to frequent business trips.
