Position Summary We are seeking a

strategic and analytically driven Business Consultant

to support the definition, optimization, and transformation of business processes across

Science

and

Customer Experience & Analytics (CXA)

domains. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights and automation strategies to streamline operations, enhance customer journeys, and drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis & Optimization • Conduct end-to-end process mapping and gap analysis across Science and CXA workflows. • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. • Design future-state processes aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Quantify business impact (cost reduction, cycle-time improvement, quality enhancement) and build compelling business cases.

2. Automation Strategy & Road-mapping • Define automation blueprints leveraging RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, AI/ML, and workflow orchestration tools. • Prioritize automation use cases based on ROI, complexity, and strategic alignment. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to establish governance, security, and scalability frameworks. • Develop phased implementation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure solution adoption and continuous improvement. • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to drive cultural change. • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Establish feedback loops and KPIs to monitor post-implementation performance.

4. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting • Leverage analytics platforms to surface trends, predict outcomes, and optimize decision-making. • Build dashboards and executive-level reporting to track process performance and automation ROI. • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance standards are met across all initiatives.

Required Profile & Experience Core Experience • 5+ years in business consulting, process optimization, or digital transformation roles within global enterprises. • Proven track record in

Science (R&D, clinical, regulatory)

and/or

Customer Experience & Analytics

domains. • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives (RPA, low-code, AI/ML). • Strong stakeholder management and change management expertise in matrixed organizations.

Technical & Analytical Skills • Proficiency in process modeling tools (ARIS, Visio, Lucidchart) and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere). • Advanced data analysis capabilities (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) to drive evidence-based decisions. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA) and quality management systems.

Soft Skills • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leadership. • Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
