Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Denpasar for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing and organizing their assigned kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest quality. Day-to-day tasks include supervising food preparation, assisting in menu planning, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting the head chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations. Collaboration and leadership are key to this role, as the Chef De Partie mentors junior chefs and ensures timely delivery of meals for guests.
Qualifications
Proficiency in culinary techniques, cooking methods, and food presentation
Skills in menu planning and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a kitchen team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills
Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment is highly desirable
Culinary certification or relevant professional training is preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
