General Qualification Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5 star hotel (minimum 2-5 years, depending on the position) Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence Hands on operational capabilities combined with strategic thinking Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Referable to speak more than one language Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization Able to perform under pressure in a fast paced, service focused environment
