Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of relationship managers responsible for servicing financial institution clients in the corporate banking division Develop and implement strategies to grow the financial institution client portfolio, including identifying new business opportunities and cross‑selling products Oversee the team’s client relationship management activities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention Provide guidance and support to the team in navigating complex client requirements and negotiating favorable terms Collaborate with other business units and support functions to deliver integrated solutions to clients Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement Represent the bank in industry events and forums, building the organization’s brand and reputation Requirements
