We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Project & Production Manager

to join our Design & Build Department. In this role, you will oversee the technical and executional aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. If you have a strong background in project management, deep knowledge of materials and construction methods, and a passion for design excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

Analyze and interpret interior design drawings, convert them into detailed technical instructions for workshop and site execution. Supervise inventory control and ensure timely procurement of materials based on project needs. Prepare accurate cost estimations, project quotations, and ensure alignment with client budgets. Coordinate between designers, drafters, workshop teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor production and site progress, resolve technical or execution issues as they arise. Report regularly on project status, cost control, and potential risks.

Qualification : Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years experiences in project management within interior design, furniture production, or fit-out industry. Proficient in reading technical drawings and construction documents (2D & 3D). Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project/Excel, or project management software. Solid knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and construction methods. Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement processes. Experienced in cost estimation and project quotation. Attention to detail and commitment to quality execution. Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan and travel to project sites as needed.
