Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with R&D, Manufacturing, and AFS teams to stay updated on products and gather training needs

Design and deliver technical training programs and learning solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts

Identify employees’ knowledge levels and develop targeted training programs to close skill gaps

Conduct in-person and online training sessions, supported by clear and results‑oriented training manuals

Communicate with employees to understand technical issues and provide relevant guidance

Assess employee performance and productivity to identify improvement areas

Ensure all training materials and programs remain current, accurate, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic direction
